Current status

The current installer creates the OBS profile and DistroAV settings, but it does not yet create/import a full scene collection. So seeing the profile without a ready-made Gameplay scene is expected with the current version.

What the installer does today

Installs OBS Studio
Installs NDI Runtime
Installs DistroAV (the OBS plugin)
Creates OBS profile LAN Player 1080p
Sets 1920x1080 at 60fps
Turns on DistroAV main output using the PC name

No: NDI is not included with OBS by default. That is why the script installs both NDI Runtime and DistroAV separately.

Fastest path to make this dead easy

On one Windows player PC, build the exact OBS setup you want.
Create the scene(s), Display Capture source, and any naming you want.
Export or send me the OBS profile + scene collection files.
I wire those into the installer.
Then every player PC gets the same working setup automatically.

Yes, that will work. That is the right way to do it.

What to send me

From the golden player PC, send me the files from:

%AppData%\obs-studio\basic\profiles\YOUR_PROFILE\
%AppData%\obs-studio\basic\scenes\YOUR_SCENE_COLLECTION.json

If easier, zip the relevant OBS profile folder and the scene collection JSON and send that.
