Pick the role you are setting up. Player machines are first. Broadcast machine is next. Control laptop stays separate until the player and broadcast templates are locked down.
Install OBS + DistroAV, create the player profile, and follow the current one-time manual OBS step.
Open player setupInstall OBS + DistroAV + obs-websocket and build the ingest scenes for the stream machine.
Open broadcast setupPreview/download the helper dashboard. Leave this until the player and broadcast OBS templates are final.
Open control toolsprofile, but it does not yet import a finished scene collection. That is why you saw the profile but not the scene. Best fix: build one golden player OBS setup, export it, send me the files, and I will wire that into the installer so every player PC lands with the same scenes/sources already in place.
